The company Fährenkämper was founded in 1947 by Karl Fährenkämper. Since 1960 it has been managed by the engineer Horst Fährenkämper and has been producing machines and equipment for gardeners and florists. The development of the company entered the third generation in 1998 with the Bachelor of Engineering Frank Fährenkämper joining the company management.

We are successfully committed to engineering, development, production and sales of machines and equipment for gardeners and florists.

In the last decade a comprehensive sales range has resulted. We provide our customers with proven machines in the area of straw wreath production, wreath binding technology, flower processing, wreath ribbon printing, bundling and many associated sectors. The vast machine range, the high quality and economical application of our products has resulted in us becoming the market leader in Europe. We take up new ideas in close co-operation with our customers and try to convert them into the desired form.

Our company policy is to optimally advice and assist our customers using our own marketing services. We are convinced that customer satisfaction requires objective consultation, sufficient instruction in the use of the machine and excellent service.

Marketing is successfully supported by 5 trade representatives, who sell our products on an exclusive basis, 4 trade agencies and a large number of wholesalers on the European market. The economical development of our company and the success of our products on the European market have encouraged us to extend our sales markets to beyond Europe’s borders.

The foundation of a further company, Fährenkämper Entwicklungs- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH will open up further sectors on the same innovation basis, from development to marketing.
