COMPACT flower stem cleaning and trimming machine

With the Compact flower stem cleaning and cutting machine, almost all types of cut flowers can be cleaned and cut in bunches. Thanks to the different roller hardnesses and the two speeds of the Compact, both soft-stemmed flower varieties and hard-stemmed outdoor roses can be cleaned and cut without any problems. The flower stems are not damaged and the cut is angled and clean. This process is extremely economical and easy to use. The compact design and the mobile and height-adjustable base frame allow the machine to be used even in the smallest of spaces. There is even enough space for the Compact under the work table. This machine is used in floristry operations.
The flower cluster is held with one hand underneath the flowers. The flower stems are guided between the cleaning rollers. The further the flower bundle is pushed into the cleaning area of the machine, the longer the stems are cleaned. By pulling in and out several times and gently turning the flower collar, leaves and/or thorns are removed from the stems in a matter of seconds without damaging the epidermis.
The trimmed bunch is now placed in the cutting device. The flowers can be cut to length by carefully pushing them along. The angled cut can be made short or long. Due to the special structure of the Gating unit is a pulling cut enables without squeezing the capillaries.

The SG flower stem cleaning machine is used almost exclusively to clean hard-stemmed flower varieties, as this machine only has one, high roller speed. This machine is mainly used in horticultural production companies.
